Another instalment of the Kaiser's letters is published. \\ ilbelin wrote: — “A piece of news that will amnsd yon conics from Vienna. Storer, the, American Ambassador, told a Jriend of mine that the King of England was at Marienbad, and a few days before the conclusion of peace ho told Storer that Japan would never bo allowed to give up her demand for an indemnity, as it was most necessary that Russia should remain financially hopeless and crippled for a long lime. Storer said that lie was in an awkward position, as the King asked Ids advice on a promenade, speaking in a loud voice before a large number of people. It seems that be was afraid that America would join the other nations in giving Russia money, and bo wanted Storer to report home to that effect. Storer, of course, refused.”

Writing in November, 1905. the Kaiser said: "In regard to Tat ten bach and -Morocco, your French information is incorrect. 1, do not aim. and never have aimed, at scouring any special advantage for Germany.
