Weather.—Fair conditions prevailing but somewhat cloudy and threatening at times in coastal region.

Mind.—Northerly, freshening and veering by north to east. Weather.—There are indications for much warmer weather, blit expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts, and rain probable shortly. Barometer—Has a falling tendency.
