A WORD OF ADVICE

TO THE USERS OF DR MORSE’S INDIAN ROOT RILLS. To the many thousands of people who are daily using Dr -Morse’s Indian Root Pills, it might not be amiss to suggest certain precautions in view of tho danger of the influenza epidemic which has again made its appearance in New Zealand. The one thing of paramount importance is to keep the system in proper working order so that no germs get a chance to start incubation. There is nothing better sold for this purpose than Dr Morse’s Indian Root Rills.. They are a searching, cleansing remedy, but their action, though mild and gentle, is thoroughly effective. Petroleum Oils, Salts, Tonics and other so-called rc.nuxlics are of little use to cleanse the system ami keep those germs in chock; in fact, they will have a tendency to aggravate an already deranged gastric condition .

At such a time it behoves each individual u> keep a close watch on iiim--sclf to maintain tho usual standard of health. A dose of Dr -Morse’s Indian Root Rills two or three times a week, or one or two pills each night- is advised; it would also bo advisable to take from 5 to 10 grains of ASPIRIN' two or three times > daily if feeling out of sorts, or Id grains of QUININE on retiring at night at tho same umo .t* tho pills are taken. A common cold can usually be broken up if cither QUININE or ASPIRIN is taken with Dr Morse’s Indian Root Pills as directed on the first indication. Should, however, an attack of Influenza develop, lose no time in sending for the family doctor, end go to bed at opce. This is the best advice, that can ho given. Don’t try to doctor yourself. If you have the real Influenza your digestion will be a wreck, your bead, logs and back will ache, and your heart action will be affected, and yon will have a temperature. • These conditions need the attention of a skilled medical attendant. He mav continue the treatment indicated above or he may not,-but it will onlv be sate tor the person affected to at once m> to bed when the first definite influenza symptoms appear and place yourself wholly and unreservedly in the doctor* care- i
