Secondly, to accept uie formation of an inver-Ailied Coinniission to deal with the Rumanian requisitions in Hungary. Thirdly, to sign the Austrian Treaty and the rni»oritie.i treaty on the eonditims stated in the Supremo Council's iNote of October l'i. Failing a satisfactory reply by I>ecomber 2 the Allies will regretfully break rotations with Rumania.
