Mr Lloyd George visited the Woolwich Arsenal and conferred with experts with a view to developing the arsenal as a railway centre to meat the world's shortage in rolling stock. \ Orders haye been received for 100 locomotives ayd 2600 waggons. It is also proposed to make 6,000,000 war medals, 10,000 milk cans, telephone apparatus und-a coinage, plant.
