(It was reported on Saturday that, a new revolt had broken ont in Mexico, ami that Carranza bad fled from the capital. A later message stated: The State Department, lias not confirmed the reports of the civil wat in Mexico between Carranza and Obregon, and that Carranza has fled to Querctaro.i
