AN APPEAL.

In sincerely thanking supporters in Christchurch and district lor past help, may 1 again (considering onr need) ask them to make an extra effort this year. W'o are still engaged in our work among discharged prisoners and the destitute of ail (lasses. Wo propose, as usual, to give a dinner and ton on Christinas Day to all who come to the borne. We. also hone that |liis appeal will bring a little financial help with which to start the New Year. During the past year a large number of returned men iiav" passed through onr home.
