Mention was made in the King's Benoh (London) the other day of certain South 1 Kensington flate—which, according to a witness, " could only be called flats by courtesy; only very thtn people could live in them." They may have been in the same street with a flat mentioned, I think, in a novel of Mr Frankfort Moore's, in which one of the characters complained, " the roof is so low that wo can only have pancakes for tea."
