DANCE RECITAL.
Dance recitals are becoming more and more popular, and a dance recital, interspersed with attractive songs ana chorus, should prove an entertainment 'veil worth attending. Next week Mr W. S- W'auchop, .whose artistry is so well known, will put before the public an entertainment of this kind. Special attention has been given to the colour scheme of the scenes and the dressing. Iho costumes, which have been specially designed by Miss M. Bishop and Mr JVauchop, are very pretty and artistic. In the “Gance of the Nymphs” green silk frocks, classical in design and adorned with garlands of flowers, will bo worn; in the Russian folk dance, yellow and white costumes relieved with brown fur will be worn. In the scarf dance, to be given by the intermediate class, a charming colour effect will be obtained by draperies combining purple, gold and brown shades.
