military proclamation. a HIGH-HANDED ACTION. [Per Press Asscuiatxon.] WELLINGTON, October 30. A wireless message has been,received Dy a Private firm from Apia stating that a lias been issued by the military administration prohibiting the importation of liquor into Samoa. The message adds that the British. Allied and neutral residents are highly indignant .at not being consulted and are holding a public meeting to protest against this action. The resolution arrived at will be forwarded to the Government.
