A Press Association message from Auckland states that the University College Council has decided to establish a Chair of Lav, and has appointed Mr R, M. Algie, of Auckland, Professor of Law, at a salary of £7OO per annum, A whole-time lecturer, to bo paid £250 per annum, is also to bo appointed.
