Berlin correspondent of tho "New Fork Times” states that great pressure was brought to bear on n publishing firm at Stuttgart, to prevent the publication of the third volume of Bismarck’s memoirs dealing with the ex-Kaiser. It is understood that tho ox-Kaisorin, from Araorongen, dispatched influential aristocrats to’ Stuttgart to remonstrate, on the. ground that Bismarck did not wish the publication the volume during the lifetime of Wilhelm.
