SOLDIERS’ FARMS.
<J. ESTATE BOUGHT AT HAWARDEN. The Land Purchase Board haa bought from Mr Leicester Matson a farm of 1520 acres adjoining the Hawarden railway station for soldiers. The property extends from the station over the downs, and is partly dairying land and partly sheep and cropping land. The board will not take possession until March next.
