FORMAL BILLS ONLY. • (Special to “Star.”) WELLINGTON, September 26For to-day’s sitting of Parliament there is a big Order Paper, but <p he Bills first on the list are of a formal character and of minor importance. Three formal Bills from the Legislative Council, the Chattels Transfer, Official Titles and Documents and the Party Wall Empowering, come first. Next in order are the Prisons, Police Force and Public Trust Amendments, which contain little matter for debate. If members do not • talk too much on these the Prifne Minister’s Bill, giving women right to sit in Parliament, may be I‘eached. , .
