ROYALTY ON AUCTION SALES, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received September 25. 10-4.5 a.m.) m, PARIS, September 24. Ino Chamber of Deputies unanimously accepted a Bill giving artists a royalty of from one to three per cent on the auction prices of their works, payable during tho artist’s lifetime and to his heir for fifty years after death.
