DOUBLE INCOME TAX.
LONDON, September 23. The Dominions’ financial representatives participated in a discussion on the double income tax at to-day’s session of the Royal Commission on Income Tax. The general view was expressed that reciprocity should be the basis of any relief from the admitted hardships of the double tax.
