VARIOUS BURGLARIES.

THREE JUVENILES ARRESTED. FIFTEEN CHARGES AGAINST THEM. Following upon numerous burglaries in and around Christchurch, three juveniles, whose ages arc from fourteen to fifteen, have been arrested by tho police. Constables Pearce and Fox, of Addington, who captured the boys, made a smart coup. Altogether fifteen charges are. to be laid against them, in respect of offences in St Albans, Sydenham, and elsewhereSome of the charges are as follows: Breaking and entering the premises of Samnol Dixon, at Middleton, on September 1. and stealing therefrom £i 6s in money and an electric torch valued at los. Breaking and entering the same premises on September 11. and stealing £1 3s 3d in money, and a brief hag valued at 30s. Breaking nnd entering the premises of Andrew Hepburn, Lower Riccarton, on September 1, and stealing therefrom articles valued at 10s 6d. Breaking and entering the premises of John Chilton. Middleton, and stealing a lady’s gold watch, valued at £3 15s, and a gold albert, valued at 30s. Breaking and entering the premises of Walter Jonson, at Addington, on September 1, and stealing opera glasses and money. Breaking and entering premises at Spreydon on September’ !?, and stealing a pair of field glasses. - The boys will in all probability appear before a Magistrate on Tuesday. The individual charges do no apply to all three boys.
