DURHAM STREET "AT HOME.”
( The Durham Street- Ladies’ Guild -was ‘ At Home” to the ladies of the congregation yesterday afternoon. A large number of ladies assembled in the School Hall, which, was tastefully decorated for the occasion. Mrs Knight acted as hostess. Pianoforte solos were contributed by Mrs E. T. Lawn and Miss A. Knight, and songs by Mrs Sandford, Mrs E. J. Johnson and Misses Borrows and Sparrow. Air Hobbs gave several elocutionary recitals. Afternoon tea was provided.
