A FALSE DECLARATION. [Per Press Association.] PALMERSTON NORTH.. Sept. IS. At the Police Court to-day a young man named Leslie Robert pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false declaration to the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages, ! >y falsely stating, when registering r.bo birth of a child, that he was married to the child’s mother. He was committed for sentence.
