PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.
•V FURTHER DELAY. (Special to “'Star.”) WELLINGTON, August 22. The slow progress on the Parliament Buildings is being further delayed by the refusal of the stone masons to resume work after tho stoppage due to the shortage of stone, except at half a crown an hour. The local award fixes a minimum of Is ]p£d. The Parliament Buildings contractors were paying two shillings an hour.
