WET AND COLD WEATHER.
SOU’-WEST WINDS AND RAIN. The cold snap which set in on Monday night was continued without much utemissi'ou. Yesterday was a dull and cold day, and the night was so chilly that a fall of snow would not have caused any surprise. To-day the weather was of the most wintry description. Rain fell at frequent intervals and a. cold sou’-wester wind blew continuously. It was a day of overcoat!., wrapper, umbrellas and gum boots.
