RACING APPEAL. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, July 31. In the matter of the appeal by W. J. Wilson against the decision of the Auckland District Committee, confirming the disqualification of the horse Entente Cordiale for the Jumpers’ Flat Handicap at the Great" Northern Steeplechase meeting, the judges appointed by the Racing Conference are of opinion that, under the conditions set forth in the official advertisement of the Jumpers’ Flat Race no horse was qualified for entry that had not started at least three times in hurdle races or steeplechases in New Zealand prior to entry. They decided that Entente Cordiale was not so qualified, and therefore dismissed fihe appeal.
