NEW' YORK, July 5Sir Joseph Ward, interviewed, said that New Zealand was satisfied with the terms of the Peace Treaty. “We are chielly interested m the preservation of the Samoans,” he said, “ and regard the arrangement 'as satisfactory, whereby the islands will he under the associated administration of Britain, and the United States.”
