Mac Donald, dis« cussing parties and politics yesterday again, said , that ho knew of nothing that would prevent a session being held.- : in the ordinary course at. the end of ■ this year. The question of a session l had not been discussed by the National. Government, and he had not received any advice on the subject’ ’the/.--leader of the Liberal Party. ’ The Minister, who is acting-leader of the party,, was asked if party ofganisa- ’ tion is being taken in hand.’ !. “ As far as I know,” he replied, " nobody on our side is lifting a hand in party politics. The position is exactly the same as it was before the -two party leaders left New Zealand for| England.”
