DRUNKENNESS; Two first offenders were each fined ss, in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment. CIVIL GASES; Judgment by default for plaintiff was given in each of the following civil cases:—Butler Cycling Works v. J. H. •fames and wife. £6;‘S. J. Merlield v. !'.■ Sisson, £l9 Os 6d; A. Morrison v. J. Goldstone, £2l; Massey-Harris Company v. Whei Kauwhata,” £9 19s lid; Trist and Small v, John T. Taylor, £45. W. J, M’Ksnae (Mr C. S. Thomas) sought an order on a judgment summons for £7 17s from Mrs H. E- Bordman. No order was made.
