MAORI RUGBY TEAM
BIG, STRONG COMBINATION The Maori Pioneer Rugby team, which is booked to play Canterbury on Saturday week, passed through Christchurch this morning on tho way south. The team will play Dunedin ou Saturday and Invercargill on Wednesday. There are twenty-two members of the team, under Captain Hall, and Captain Vorcoo, D.5.0., is also accompanying the team. The men appear to be very well Sot up, and are confident of beating any team that can bo put in the held against them.
