In the Supremo Court to-day, before his Honor Mr Justice Herdman, in Corbett y. Jones, Air F. Wilding implied Tor judgment to "be entered up for plaintiff in accordance with a decision of tho Court of -appeal, and for costs. Ihe case was n claim for specific performance. -Mr S.
