THE WOMEN'S STIRKE.
LONDON, August 2(5. There was a sharp conflict between the National Union of Eailwaymon and tho London branch concerning tho tube women’s strike. Mr J. H. Thomas, M.P., on behalf of , the former’s executive, repudiated the strike, (but the latter’s officials- endorse the strike, and hope to make the dispute % national one. Twelve hundred strikers, inclufi.ing many men, to-day decided .to remain out until the dispute is settled.
