THE DOVER RAID,
" The Times ” Service. (Received February 18, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 17. Several houses were damaged during the Dover bombardment.
A girl was killed and her sister and ‘two brothers were injured.
NO MATERIAL DAMAGE
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received February 18, 2.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 17. The submarine attack on Dover, which caused the slightest material damage, apparently fired at random several shells, which whistled harm. Icesly over the town. Others were embedded in the ground. There were no casualties.'' The remainder hithouses in a poor locality.
