Tbe Belgian Council of Ministers congratulates the Flemish and Walloon senators, deputies and magistrates on heroically resisting the enemy’s attempts to divide the, nation through the so-called Flemish Council, and eulogises the people on their unfaltering determination to continue the struggle for the restoration of Belgian independence.
