LONDON, November 25
The Press Bureau states that the Admiralty announces the formation of a Shipbuilding Council, under the chairmanship of the Admiralty Controller. It will include representatives of the shipbuilding and engineering trades and officers of the Admiralty, and will consider th© problems of naval and commercial shipbuilding and repair.
