DILUTION CLAUSE ABANDONED. . PROPOSED AMENDMENTS. 'Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received August 16, 2 p.m.) LONDON, August 15. Tn the House of Commons Mr Churchill (Minister of Munitions) announced the proposed abandonment of tho dilution clause cf the Munitions Bill. He gave notice of it ho introduction of amendments, as a result of agreements between the employers and the unions.
