The Navy Department has announced thnt the, American tanker Campa n?i, was sung by a, U-boat about eight miles off tho Isle Dieu, on the French coast. Fifty-seven survivors landed. It is believed that the tanker's captain and four gunners were taken prisoners in the U-boat, and iti is fcalled that they may suffer a fate similar to Captain Fryatt.
