FOUND DROWNED.

The decomposed body of a woman was. found on tho. beach at Ruakaka, Queen Charlotte Sound, on Friday, and was identified :it the inrjiiesr on Saturday as; that oi' Mary Jane Grant, employed with • her husband, James Grant, at Mondowbank Station. Tho deceased disappeared on July 12. leaving a note saying that she was " getting out of it.'' The jury found that there was no evidence to prove how dereased had got into the water. Mrs Grant wa.s about thirty years of age nnd leaves two children. Relatives reside at Petone.
