GREEK TREACHERY. SOME REVELATIONS. ATHENS, August 11. The Finance Minister, in sensational revelations in the Chamber, showed that M. Skoulouis and M. Gounaris contracted a German loan o 80,000,000 marks in 191'3 through the National Bank of Greece. The first instalments of 40 000,000 marks was paid simultaneously with tlv> surrender of Fort Rupel. The Lambros Cabinet early in 1917 contracted a German loan of 40,000.000 marks, but the blockade prevented the completion of the arrangement.
