HUN PAYMENT "THREE MONTHS AFTER PEACE IS SIGNED.-*'-
Reuler'a Telegrams. (Received August 13, 2 p.m.) ZURICH, August 12. Tho Trade Department at Berlin has informed a Swiss firm that it is useless to send goods to Germany any longer unless the Swiss agree to accept payment in marks three months after peace is signed.
