TURBULENT MAHSUDS TAKE OATH OF PEACE. Reuter's Tolo£T.ims. (Received August 13, 2 p.m.) SIMLA, August 12. T'ho Mahsuds have complied with the Government's terms. Three thousand of the tribesmen assembled and took the oath of peace. General Monro has ordered the dispersal of troops acting against the Mahsuds.
