THE FLYING SCHOOL.
OPEN TO VISITORS TO-MORROW,
By permission of the directors of the Canterbury Aviation Company the flying ground and hangars at Sockburn will be open for inspection at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow, .and Mr C. M. Hill, the company's instructor, will make exhibition flights during the afternoon if the weather is suitable. There is much of interest at the flying ground, including the locally-built aeroplane, in which Mr Hill will ascend, and the locally-built propeller, which is fitted to the imported Caudron biplane. Tickets of admission, which will be necessary, may be obtained on application to the secretary, Mr C. AY. Hervoy, Cathedral Square. The grounds are just beyond Canterbury .Park Racecourse, and are a pleasant distance from the city, being a few minutes' walk from the Sockburn tram.
