0 NEW ZEALAND INSCRIBED STOCK BILL. (Special to the " Star."') AVELLIXGTON, August 11. The Now Zealand Inscribed Stock Bill, which will be introduced next week, provides for the issue of such stock in connection Tvith any loans authorised past', present and future, and for the conversion of debentures into fetich stock at the Finance .Minister's discretion. The Bill stipulates that no trust shall be entered in the stock register. Provision is made that except in the case of stock issued m exchange for debentures or other securities, the minimum issue of inscribed stock shall be £IOO. Interest will be payable halfyearly. Stock certificates will be issued in favour of bearer for the whiolo or any portion of the stock held, being not less than £lO or a multiple of £lO. such certificates being: transferable. A clause empowers p„ Supremo Court Judge to prohibit dealings with any inscribed stock on the summary application of an interested person. ft
