Mr Webb gave notice to introduce the War Regulations Act Amendment Bill. Mr Walker gave notieo of his intention to introduce the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act Amendment Bill. . EXPORT OF HIDES. Replying to Mr Witty, Mr Massey paid he agreed that our industries should not he stopped for lack of raw material, and he, would consider the position of local tanneries in connection with tho export of hides. BILLS. The following Bills were introduced Bnd read a first time:—Christchurch Milk Supply and Markets Amendment (Mr EH), Waratarua Lake Reserve and Public Bodies Empowering (Hon A. M. Myers), Wanganui Harbour Board (Mr Yeitch), Parliamentary Representation (Expeditionary Forces) Adjustment Bill (Mr Massey). (Reports of discussions on the report jf the Railway Rolling Stock Commission, electoral boundaries and the strike at the Wellington (las Works ippenr in other columns.) The House rose at o.'JO p.m.
