.SUBMARINE SINKS SPANISH FISHING BOAT.
MADRID, August 7. A German submarine sank another Spanish fishing boat. Four of the crew were wounded. There is great indignation over the outrage. THE HOSPITAL SHIPS. Eeuter'a Telegrams. MADRID, August 7. The "Heraldo" states that Britain ind France, in accepting tho Gorman Government's agreement for tho safe conduct of ' hospital ships, thanked Spain for her humane intervention. Eleven naval officers are proceeding to various ports indicated by tho Allies. ENEMY LOSSES INCREASE. DIFFICULTIES IN "WINTER. ROME, August 7. It is reported that tho German submarine losses aro increasing, at least twenty-five being missing during July, seveial admittedly destroyed. A Swiss dispatch from Germany states that the campaign will be stopped after November, tho Entente antisubmarine measures making winter operations impossible.
