CHINESE NAVY REVOLTS. Auitralian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON.. July 25. - The "Morning Post's" Shanghai correspondent says that the Chinese navy refuses to recognise Tuan Chijui's Government, and fourteen cruisers left Woosung for Canton, in order to support the southern provinces.
