FINES FOR BREACHES. [Pkii Press Association - .] BLENHEIM, July 35. The local Magistrate heard thirty"* three cases of breaches of. the antishouting law against twelve, persons, including two publicans. Inspector Marsack prosecuted. Two Wellington constables came over and went round tha hotels for thopurposo of securing evidence. One publican was fined £'_'*) and costs, tho wife of another £l2 ' and costs, two men £lO and eostn, three men £5 and costs'and one man £1 and costs.
