ECONOMIC CONFERENCES.
CENTRAL POWERS DEVISE MEASURES. TO COUNTER PARIS SCHEME. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 25. 9.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 24. A series of economic conferences has begun at Vienna between German and Austro-Hungarian delegates to deviso measures, with Turko-Bulgarian assistance, to oppose the Entente's Paris economic scheme. The conferences are regarded as the first stop towards the creation of a Middle Europe alliance.
