IN THE BALKANS.
GREEK SITUATION. ALLIED TROOPS WITHDRAWN. Australian and N.Z. Gable Association. ATHENS, July 23. The Government has been notified that all Allied troops have been withdrawn from Greece, excepting battalions who'have occupied districts of Epirus, pending negotiations proceeding between Italy and Greece. Several Greek newspapers declare that martial law is imminent.
