IX CHAMBERS. Sittinn in chambn-.s yesterday, his Honor Mr Justice Dennisten granted probate in tho estates of tlio following deceased persons:- -Lawrence V. Corson (Mr Lane), Mary Ann Chambers (Mr Johnston), George Koith Dee. (Mr Orbed), "William T. Chamberlain (Mr Perry), Fanny Dingham (Mr Dal ton). In re Turner (Mr Johnston) v. Snow, a petition wos granted lor the appointment of a guardian. In re Joseph Jabbens, deceased (Mr OrhellJ, a motion was granted for letters of administration, sufficient time to be allowed to ascertain if deceased died intestate. At to-dav's sitting in Chambers, his Honor made an order dispensing with service on the defendant in the divorce suit, Edith Witty, of Rangiora (Mr Mills) v. Leslie Ralph Drayton Witty,
address unknown. In Oswald (Mr Uphani) v. Oswald, in divorce, an order was made allowing service to he effected by registered letter to the respondent, address caro of Harry Goodwin, care of Adams, Ltd., Timaru.
