IN CHAMBERS. At a chambers sitting of tlio Supreme Court yesterday, lie fore r j Justico Denniston, probate was granted of the wills of the following deceased persons:—Francis Roland (Mr Howe), James Robson (I\l r Mills), Randall Frederick Ward Harris (Mr Mosle.v), Mary Ann Josling (Mr Flcsher), Jt/lm James (Mr Fitch). At a chambers sititng of the Supreme. , Court this morning, before Mr Justice Denniston, a summons for the appoint- \ anent of a special examiner in Booth and Co. v. Bowron and others was granted on the application of Mr Alpers. A motion for directions for service in Isabell Aitken v. the Public Trustee Avas granted on the application of Mr Taylor. A summons for an order for the examination of witnesses in London, in Sims, Cooper and Co. and others v. Winslow Brothers and Smith Co., was granted on the application of j\lv Wright; in Christehurch City Council v. John O'Connell (Mr Fryer), an order was made authorising sale under the Mortgages Extension Act.
