ARRESTS IN WELLINGTON,

A result of tlie police campaign to assure 'that all men of minim-;. are enrolled as reservists has been that a number of men /who have been drown in ballots and iailcd to report themselves have been ftfand out. Several were arrested to-day and handed over to the military authorities.
