OTTAWA, July 17. Conscriptionist. Liberals at. a mooting passed a resolution giving their undivided support tn a policy 1o secure the fullest participation of Canada in the war. They proposed a reorganisation of the taxation system in order to meet war-time conditions, ensuring that those who do not tight will pay proportionately from their wealth, and demanded immediate suppression of munition or food profiteering.
