A HEIGHT LOST AND RETAKEN. COUNTER-ATTACK HURLS BACK THE FOE. The High Commissioner reports:— T/ONDON, July IS (6.30 p.in.; A Russian official report states: — Southward of Xovica, after strong artillery work, the enemy occupied a height. AYe slowly retired on the Kiua of Rereznica. An hour later tho enemy renewed the. attack from Novica. Our counterattack threw hack the enemy, and wo reoccupied the heights.
